Musical Marble Tokens!
This is super simple.
At Dollar Tree or many craft stores they have these over sized flat back
marbles and I used 5 of them to create this. I had left over scrapbook paper
from my Musical Shadow Box I made for my husband Anthony for our anniversary
and the paper had some romantic lyrics on there and so I used them for this project.
You take and apply
Mod Podge to a foam brush and apply to the back of the marble and then press
it down to the paper atop the lyric and leave to dry. Once dry you use scissors
or x-acto knife and cut them out and using scissors cut around so no excess
paper is seen around the edges. Then you apply another layer of mod podge to
the back of the paper. Once dry I could have added a magnet or even made these
into pins for shirts ect but I decided to keep them as little tokens. He has
put them on the cork around his belle jar on his dresser beside the bed.
